The United States District Court of the Southern District of Texas entered judgment in favor of Jack Jamison's client for the sum of approximately $6.25 million for attorneys’ fees, related non-taxable expenses, and taxable costs.  Such judgment follows the unanimous jury verdict in favor of the client, and the courts' entry of an earlier judgment on January 10, 2014, awarding the sum of approximately $25.4 million on the client's principal claims and denying all relief requested by the adverse party's counterclaim.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
